So I’m thinking about remote work and addiction, by which I mean becoming addicted to work. What does this look like for remote workers versus people who work in an office? Are there personality traits that make one more likely to become addicted to work? Is there a definition for how much work is too much? Is this concept subjective or are there clear warning signs? What are the warning signs and what are the benefits versus the drawbacks? Are impacts within the workforce justifiable considering the personal costs of such behaviors?
